What’s a SAM? Internally, we call our support technicians SAMs (SkyKick Account Managers) because of their level of technical expertise and their collaborative, consultative approach to helping partners. When partners call into our free, unlimited phone and email support, they immediately get someone with the knowledge to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Partner questions.

- What do you like to do outside of work? I enjoy the outdoors and practicing camping and survival skills. I also have two teenage sons who are Eagle Scouts.

How do you help SkyKick partners grow their cloud business? In addition to providing phone and email support, I enjoy delivering webinars to help partners better understand the technical details of our products and how to make the most of them. I am also a subject-matter expert for SkyKick Cloud Backup. In this role, I not only provide an additional level of assistance with the product, I actively gather feedback from partners to help our development team continue to deliver product improvements designed to empower partner success.
