What’s a SAM? Internally, we call our support technicians SAMs (SkyKick Account Managers) because of their level of technical expertise and their collaborative, consultative approach to helping partners. When partners call into our free, unlimited phone and email support, they immediately get someone with the knowledge to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Partner questions.

How long have you been at SkyKick? I have been part of the amazing Support Team for 4.5 years.
What attracted you to SkyKick? It was a startup in the cloud space.
What do you like most about your role? I get to lead the next generation of SkyKickers in empowering partner success in the cloud.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I like to watch Seattle sports and play as much golf as I can.
What is your favorite SkyKick feature and why? The Outlook Assistant because of how much manual effort it reduces for our partners.
What is most challenging? That technology is always changing, which keeps me learning new and exciting things.
What is something about you that surprises people when they get to know you? I used to be a techno music DJ back in the 90’s.
What is one of your favorite movies? Step Brothers. It gets funnier every time I watch it.
What is one of your favorite movie lines? “It’s just a flesh wound…” It can help a Support technician get through the day.
