Internally, we call our support technicians SAMs (SkyKick Account Managers) because of their level of technical expertise and their collaborative, consultative approach to helping partners. When partners call into our free, unlimited phone and email support, they immediately get someone with the knowledge to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Partner questions.

How long have you been part of the SkyKick Support team? 4 years
What attracted you to SkyKick? I worked at Microsoft in the early days when it was breaking new ground in the computer Industry and revolutionizing how businesses used technology. The idea of working at another young technology company that is at the forefront of leading businesses into the new era of Cloud Computing was extremely appealing.
What is your current role? I am a Technical Account Manager
What do you like most about your role? Developing relationships with partners to better understand their business and help them use SkyKick Technology to grow their Cloud Portfolio of customers.
What is your favorite SkyKick feature and why? The Partner Portal. Partners really appreciate the ability track and manage their migrations.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Exploring the Northwest on my motorcycle.
What is something about you that surprises people when they get to know you? I am a Yoga Instructor
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be? To fly. I love to travel and being able to avoid Airport Security Lines would be awesome.
On which TV show would you like to be a character, and what would your character be? A judge on something like Americas Got Talent. It would be so much fun to discover new talent and help them on their way to achieving their dreams.
